What to Do With a Box (Jane Yolen)

This past week we read What to Do With a Box by Jane Yolen. After reading our book, students brainstormed ideas, sketched design plans for their box, and then in groups worked together on building their creations! It was messy and a little loud, but students had a great time using materials to make their envisioned plans materialize. Working in pairs and small groups was a wonderful lesson on collaboration!
